HOW TO BUY SMS CREDITS

 ON LINE MODE (Currently desibled)

 Step 1: Login to control panel using your username and password.

 Step 2: Click on Buy Credits (Available in left bottom of control panel under  Application Bar menu)

 Step 3: Select you Package and click on OK.

 Step 4: Select Pay ON-Line and click on Proceed To Pay. 

 Step 5: Fill up the details and click on Confirm Order.

 Step 6: Click on Proceed. You will be redirected to Credit Card Payment  Gateway. After processing the payment, credits will be transferred to your account immediately.

 Note: Do not click on Back or Refresh button while payment is in process.

 OFF LINE MODE

 Follow Step 1 to 3 mentioned above

 Step 4: Select Pay Off-Line and click on Proceed To Pay. 

 Step 5: Details of ICICI Bank account is displayed on the screen.

 Step 6: If you are an ICICI bank account holder, you can transfer the money through Net Banking or deposit your  Cheque in nearest ICICI Bank/ ATM.

 For non ICICI Bank account holder: Send your cheque/Demand Draft in favour of "United Infotech" payable at Baroda, Gujarat to our address as displayed during step 5. Kindly mentioning your username or mobile number at the back.

 Note: Kindly add Rs. 50 Extra for all outstation cheque. (Not applicable for At Par Cheque).

 Step 7: Create a service support request from your control panel (Application bar - Service Support 24 X 7) about your payment.
